Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
What if it’s raining or snowing?
Tours proceed regardless of weather conditions. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Occasionally, we may cancel a tour if there are not enough participants. In such cases, we will refund your tickets or reschedule your tour.
Are bathrooms available on the tour?
Does the tour end at the same place we meet?
Not always, but our tour guides will ensure you return to the starting point.
Do we just walk and eat?
Definitely not! Blue Ridge Food Tours offers a blend of historical facts, architecture, local culture, and culinary arts – all within a 2 hours+ experience.
Can I take photos?
Yes, we encourage it! Please be considerate of other tour participants if you plan to publish your photos. And, don’t forget to tag your social media photos!
Is there parking near the starting point?
Yes, there are several parking lots and street parking options near our tour starting points.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuities are not required for the restaurants and their staff. However, your tour guides always appreciate tips, though they are not mandatory.
What else should I know?
Blue Ridge Food Tours act solely as agents for the companies that provide food and beverages on the tours and cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, accidents, injuries, or delays caused by those providing the services. Photos and/or videos may be taken during the tour. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes, all tours and custom tours are available privately. Please contact us here, and we will respond promptly.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our food tours, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. For any inquiries, please contact us at (336) 937-8687 before making a reservation.
How much food is served on the tour?
Come hungry! Our food tours include generous portions of delicious tastings at 6-8 different stops, ensuring you leave completely satisfied. Additionally, several stops feature perfectly paired drinks to elevate your tasting experience. Rest assured—you’ll be well taken care of and leave with both a full belly and great memories!

Is the tour wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Please contact us in advance so we can assist you. Some stops may have stairs without elevators, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Call us at (336) 937-8687 for more information.
Is the tour suitable for children?
At Blue Ridge Food Tours, we love kids! Please note that the tour lasts 2 hours +. If children will be eating and participating, please purchase a ticket for them.
